First SENTINELS workshop	Which are the needs of the Dutch society in the area of computer security? Which concrete results does the society need now and in future? What does this mean for scientific research? At the first sentinels workshop we have tried to find an answer to these questions. More information, such as "Security Research Issues for SENTINELS" (a short note to explore some known security research issues and to identify possibly other relevant areas for further research), the invitation to the workshop and links to the slides of the presentations can be found at the link below.
Sentinels security event 2005	The 2005 Sentinels security event. This event is meant to be a gathering of everyone interested in security. Part of the day will be filled with presentations of (and discussions with) security experts. They will be invited to share their views with the participants. Another important part will be a brokerage event where project generation workshops will take place. This is an event in which universities and parties interested in participating (e.g. from education, industry, government, public authorities, hospitals, etc.) come together to generate and discuss ideas for projects. These ideas should result in Sentinels pre-proposals and Sentinels projects. This event will be organized by Sentinels and SenterNovem.
