Program monitoring

Program monitoring is done based on the year plans (including plans of activities) on the SENTINELS aims and objectives.

A mid-term and final review of the SENTINELS program will be done. Possibly a final report will be done. All three will be examined by an independent organization. The mid-term review determines the focus for SENTINELS-II and may be used to adjust the contents of the research proposals in the second round. The final review and the final report are evaluating the projects finished and the whole program.

Each annual report discusses the progress of the program (including all program and knowledge exchange activities), the progress of projects funded, their results, and a financial overview. It should be related to the SENTINELS aims and objectives.
