Cyber-attacks cost European businesses billions of euros every year, and there is great concern that cyber-crime is deterring European businesses and citizens from going online. In addition, the possibility that cyber-terrorists could disrupt Europe's critical infrastructures is a pressing issue. To address these cyberspace issues, RAND Europe organised a top-level conference in Brussels, Belgium, on 11 October. More info.
